Getting Started Tips
These tips apply to all types of designs
  • Open "Inspector Panel"
  • Select "Objects" tab
  • Drag and drop objects to canvas
  • Open "Inspector Panel"
  • Select "Format" tab
  • Choose "Color-Background"

  • Select object
  • Open "Inspector Panel"
  • Select "Format" tab
  • Choose "Color-Shape"

  • Format Menu > Grid Options
  • Select "Show Grid"
  • Adjust grid line color and spacing

Align:
  • Select multiple objects
  • Right click (control-click) and choose "Align"
  • Select alignment option to align by position, size and layout
  • Objects align to "last selected" object
Group:
  • Select multiple objects
  • Right click (control-click) and choose "Group"
  • Grouped objects can be moved together
  • To separate objects, right click (control-click) and choose "Ungroup"




  • Right click (or control-click) first object and choose "Copy Format"
  • Right click (or control-click) one or more objects and choose "Apply Format" to transfer format from first object


  • Drag and drop image file from Finder to canvas
  • Resize image to fill entire canvas
  • Right click (or control-click) image and choose "Arrange" > "Move to back"
  • Right click (or control-click) image and choose "Lock" to fix image position so it's not movable (optional)

Simple text box
  • Drag and drop "text box" to canvas
  • Select text box
  • Open "Inspector Panel" and choose "Format"
  • Update properties including font size, color, style and background color
Each regular text box supports a single style. Updating the font changes font style for the entire text box.

Rich format text box
  • Drag and drop "rich text" to canvas
  • Highlight text inside text box
  • Update font properties from "font panel" located below Toolbar
Rich text box supports multiple font styles and character based formatting.

  • Right click text box > Choose "Duplicate"
Select multiple text boxes to duplicate in batch.
